Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a Story Land - Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the F&B team, ensure safety and sanitation, and support scheduling and training. The role emphasizes guest service and leadership within a park setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in food service and supervisory experience; bilingual skills are a plus, and certification in Food Handler Safety is required within 90 days if mandated by local guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in amusement park, theme park, or waterpark settings is a plus.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified within 90 days if required by state/local guidelines.
• Language: fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B team.
• Ensure food safety guidelines and sanitation are followed.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and training activities.
• Maintain inventory, focusing on portion control and waste reduction.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Backfill positions as needed and support leadership.
