Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire seeks an in-park Revenue Operations Supervisor for Living Shores. You will oversee food & beverage and retail operations, maximize revenue, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with NH health standards, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service levels and product quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Punctual, reliable
• Flexible schedule
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work alone and as a team lead
• Able to be productive during slow periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Practical knowledge of POS technology and PCI compliance is preferred
• Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
• Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information
• Able to engage with guests to promote sales
• Maintain hygiene and personal appearance per handbook
• Follow daily tasks as outlined in SOPs
• Lift light loads up to 25 lbs, stand for 5+ hours, climb stairs
• Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
• Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all financial aspects of assigned departments while maximizing revenue and cost savings opportunities.
• Maintain vigilance over departmental spending and budgets.
• Evaluate operations and implement measures to reduce costs and improve guest experience and employee satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic visionary to impact process, people, and profit.
• Mentor and coach assigned team members.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure meal and breaks comply with NH law.
• Assist with team scheduling and timekeeping.
• Attend daily In-Park Revenue meetings and participate in Living Shores MOD program.
• Manage catering program, support events and group sales initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and handle order requests.
• Ensure locations are clean and stocked; manage product deliveries/labels.
• Run restock from stockroom to retail shop.
• Complete daily/weekly documentation and manage waste/damages.
