Job summary

Story Land in Glen, NH is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee one or more food locations. You will supervise F&B hosts, uphold food safety, manage guest service, scheduling and training to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements include 1+ year in food service, potential supervisory experience, and ability to work flexible evenings/weekends. Candidates must obtain ServSafe or equivalent certification within 90 days, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this role.
• 1+ year of previous work experience in food service, quick service or restaurant setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Previous amusement park, theme park, or waterpark experience is a plus.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of F&B hosts and other departments.
• Lead by example and mentor assigned hosts.
• Ensure food safety guidelines and state/local health requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping and training activities.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and monitor inventory.
• Handle guest concerns with a positive, professional approach.
