Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to manage one or more F&B locations within the park. You will oversee hosts, ensure food safety, maintain high guest service standards, and monitor financial transactions and quality controls.

The role requires 2-3 years in food service, supervisory experience, and a Food Handler Safety Certification within 90 days where required. A flexible, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience a plus in a food/restaurant setting.
• Experience in amusement/theme parks a plus.
• Food Handler Safety Certification (ServSafe or similar) within 90 days if required by guidelines.
• English fluency; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B team.
• Lead by example and uphold Story Land values.
• Mentor and coach assigned hosts.
• Backfill duties across F&B positions as needed.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
