Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at HOT149 - DoubleTree Palm Beach in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will supervise restaurant, bar, or banquet staff, ensure smooth service, and maintain safety and cleanliness across F&B outlets.

As a key leader, you’ll coach and develop the team, manage scheduling and payroll, monitor costs, and ensure compliant service of alcohol while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and events.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service laws.
• Open and close outlets as needed, following proper procedures.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are met.
