Shamin Hotels is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations at our Palm Beach Gardens location. Lead service staff, ensure quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while managing schedules, training, and inventory control.

You will enforce health and safety standards, coordinate with the F&B Manager, and support a seamless guest experience across outlets, events, and banquet services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and events.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service laws.
• Open and close outlets as needed, following proper procedures.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are met.
