Shamin Hotels is hiring a Server to join our Food and Beverage team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, taking orders, and serving meals and drinks with accuracy and hospitality.

As a Restaurant Server, you will upsell specials, maintain dining area cleanliness, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred but not required.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in order taking, serving, and cash handling.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Know menu offerings, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting dietary restrictions.
• Serve courses and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Present bills and process payments per procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bar team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shifts.
