Qualifications

• High attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with cash control procedures.
• Food & Beverage background.
• Experience in similar leadership role an asset.
• Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment.
• Experience with operating systems, training and staff development in large operations.
• Consent to criminal record check as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and logistics to maintain high service standards.
• Provide daily supervision of outlet staff and leadership to the team.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective supervision and guest service.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for all restaurant aspects.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development and retention of staff.
• Plan and execute functions and events with strong attention to detail.
• Manage inventory, stock and remittance of invoices.
• Cross-promote Pursuit attractions and divisions and support guest satisfaction programs.
