Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team to deliver a consistent guest experience, manage daily operations, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role requires guiding teammates, coordinating tasks, and maintaining strong customer service across shifts. In this position you will plan workloads, monitor performance, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals while ensuring compliance with policies and brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a Food & Beverage team, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area, monitor inventory, and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Partner with store leadership to influence current sales performance and staffing decisions.
