Job summary

Dreamscape Flamingo Road Management LLC seeks an Assistant Steward to oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations at the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, directing the Stewarding team across multiple outlets to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

You will manage inventory, support Convention/C catering/banquet setup, train on chemical safety, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining a focus on guest service and relationship building with Dreamscape-Rio Las

Qualifications

• Requires minimum three years of progressive hospitality operations experience.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as business demands.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Stewarding team and provide day-to-day supervision in multiple outlets.
• Assist with inventory of OS&E, CG&S, FF&E and smallware by outlet.
• Support Convention, Catering and Banquet setup needs.
• Ensure safe chemical usage and proper cleaning procedures across outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and oversee cleaning schedules.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build strong customer relationships for Dreamscape-Rio Las Vegas.
• Communicate operational opportunities to Food & Beverage leadership and drive inventory control and financial performance.
