Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel seeks an F&B Assistant Manager in Eagle Pass, TX to oversee the dining and beverage shift and ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a positive demeanor with guests and team members while managing service standards.

You will supervise day-to-day front-of-house operations, assist in performance reviews and training, and ensure adherence to tribal and federal gaming regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current TABC (seller/server) Certification required.
• 1 year experience in restaurant and beverage operations preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift to ensure guest satisfaction in dining and beverage service.
• Supervise front-of-house activities and delegate duties.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming regulations and policies.
• Assist in performance reviews, scheduling and training.
• Maintain proper cash handling and till procedures per policy.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
