Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, TX seeks an on-site Restaurant Shift Supervisor to oversee dining and beverage service during assigned shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive atmosphere.

You will supervise front-of-house teams, manage staffing, assist with training, support compliance with laws and casino policies, and handle cash procedures while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification.
• One (1) year experience in both restaurant and beverage operations, preferred.
• Experience in cash handling, preferred.
• Gaming industry experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral.
• Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities, planning, assigning and delegating of position responsibilities of restaurant front line team members.
• Assist in the annual review of team member performance, schedules, and administrative functions as directed.
• Balance out and turn in cash and related documents as required.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Demonstrate and promote core values and MAD skills.
