Manning Park Resort, located between Hope and Princeton, BC, offers year-round outdoor adventures and a welcoming community. Staff housing is available, making it an ideal place to live and work amidst mountain scenery.

We are currently seeking a talented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. If you are passionate about providing guests with an exceptional experience and thrive in an energetic resort environment, we want to hear from you.

Start Date: June 15, 2025

Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

• Greet and guide customers to their tables promptly.
• Attend to customers, taking food and drink orders.
• Respond to menu and dietary questions.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
• Recommend appetizers, meals, and desserts based on the menu and specials.
• Work closely with management to address customer concerns and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the kitchen and bar staff when clarification is needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of eating areas according to safety protocols.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain Serving It Right certification.
• Outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of industry trends and food.
• Some experience with POS systems.
• Organized problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of serving or customer service experience.
• Experience serving alcohol.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed during seasonal demands.
