Summary

Our purpose is to provide a fun, friendly, and hospitable experience for all our guests. Utilizing the latest QR Code and Handheld service technologies, our Hospitality Specialists deliver a unique and engaging dining experience in the North State. We seek "Champions of Hospitality" who thrive in the moment and strive to entertain and indulge our patrons throughout their guest journey.

Essential Duties
  1. Welcome and direct guests upon arrival.
  2. Assist guests with the TOAST QR Code ordering platform.
  3. Provide cocktail service using the TOAST Handheld POS.
  4. Inspect and test currency to prevent accepting counterfeit bills.
  5. Manage guest tables thoughtfully and personally.
  6. Process payments accurately, including Tier Resort Benefit Card discounts for players.
  7. Promote venue specials, promotions, and events.
  8. Assist with expediting food and drink orders.
  9. Enhance guest experience with thoughtful recommendations.
  10. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and fun environment.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should multitask effectively, possess knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. Candidates must pass drug screening, background checks, and obtain food safety and responsible beverage service training.

Education & Experience

Reasoning Ability

Ability to follow instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.

Physical Demands

Must be able to talk, hear, bend, stand, walk, sit, and lift at least 30 pounds. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and see clearly at various distances.

Work Environment

Moderate to loud noise levels, increasing on the casino floor. Must work in a fast-paced, smoking environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Additional Notes

This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
