Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Fully knowledgeable of drink recipes
• Knowledge of laws of liquor service and use the approach policy to guide the sale of alcohol to guests
• Keep workstation clean at all times
• Perform side work duties and restock as needed
• Inventory bar supplies
• Stocking beer, wine, and liquor
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time.

Salary: $6.25 / per hour plus tips and attendance incentive. This position is paid hourly and will earn additional compensation from tips.
