Mad Grizzly Bistro Bar Jasper AB Food and Beverage Server

Location: Jasper, AB
Pay: $19 an hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Language: English

Tasks:

  1. Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  2. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  3. Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  4. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  5. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  6. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  7. Advise on menu selections
  8. Balance cash and record sales
  9. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  10. Describe and advise on wine selection
  11. Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  12. Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  13. Serve food and beverages
  14. Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  15. Assist clients/guests with special needs
  16. Provide customer service
