Job summary

Big SNOW in East Rutherford, NJ, seeks a Guide to oversee team members and daily operations on the trails. The role requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, coaching ability, and a commitment to guest service in our indoor, year‑round snow resort.

You will greet guests, manage staffing levels, train and develop staff, ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards, and enforce NJ Health Code compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to train, supervise and develop team members.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of F&B and Retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and trail operations.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies between Retail and F&B.
• Train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with NJ Health Code.
• Monitor labor and staffing to meet service standards.
• Promote company policies and foster a positive team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
