SNOW PARTNERS LLC is seeking a Guide at Big SNOW in East Rutherford, NJ. The role oversees team operations, greets guests, and ensures service standards and safety compliance in a fast-paced indoor ski environment.

You will lead with a positive attitude, coach staff, and maintain inventories for Retail and F&B while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of F&B and Retail.
• Ability to deal effectively with guests.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to speak in front of large groups.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to great service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies on site between both Retail and F&B outlet.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members capable of delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure that all menu items are prepared and served to meet service standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with NJ Health Code.
• Managing daily labor and adjusting staffing levels to achieve service standards.
• Coach, council, and discipline team members.
• Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Support our mission through consistent teamwork and guest loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer.

How the Guide works with the Team

The Guide position will be responsible for overseeing team members and the operation within the trails. A Guide leads with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, coaching, and motivational skills. This position also takes an active role in monitoring and promoting a safe work environment.

Team Member Responsibilities
