Silver Dollar City Resort in Branson, MO is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct daily operations of multiple outlets, balancing service excellence with financial goals. You will lead menu consistency, inventory control, and guest engagement while developing teams across outlets.

The role emphasizes safety, training, scheduling, and collaboration with finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B management experience in hospitality.
• 3+ years of management overseeing two or more direct reports in a multi-outlet environment.
• Experience in theme park, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred.
• Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, labor management, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze operating results, control costs, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Must obtain licenses, permits, and certifications for duties.
• Must complete company-required food safety, responsible alcohol service, and emergency response training.
• Strong computer skills with POS, scheduling and payroll software, and MS Office.
• Effective leadership, listening, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict management.
• Ability to communicate with guests, vendors, and hosts; read instructions and safety information.
• Demonstrate friendliness, professionalism, and care when representing the resort.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to delegate, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment for sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, maintaining service, quality, safety, and financial goals.
• Promote a positive work environment supporting host engagement and development.
• Maintain each outlet’s concept and identity through recipes, offerings, and service.
• Monitor guest service and feedback; implement improvements to guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Conduct monthly inventories of food, beverages, and supplies; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead safety efforts; ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Ensure training, inspections, audits, and records are completed on time.
• Serve as resource for POS, scheduling, and payroll systems; support host training.
• Review P&L statements; participate in financial reviews; address performance gaps.
• Set performance expectations; provide coaching and recognition.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to recruit hosts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and suggest improvements for resort guests.
• Develop and manage host schedules to meet demand while maintaining labor productivity.
• Participate in manager-on-duty program as assigned.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and other departments on payroll, purchasing, and system issues.
• Lead regular departmental meetings to review operations and priorities.
• Respond to guest concerns; follow service recovery procedures.
• Support host development through training and fair performance management.
• Maintain relationships with hosts, guests, vendors, and partners.
• Communicate information across departments and respond to inquiries
