Job summary

Still Waters Resort in Branson, Missouri seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize financial performance. You will oversee staff development, quality, safety, and service standards under the direction of the Resort General Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with food safety and alcohol regulations, and hands-on management during operating hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
• Multi-unit restaurant or resort management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement operational improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure each venue consistently delivers outstanding food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Maintain high standards for guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor restaurant flow, staffing levels, and service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
