Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Branson, MO seeks an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to lead resort activities, F&B and retail operations, ensuring a guest-focused, brand-aligned experience. You will collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, schedules and guest engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, managing costs, and maintaining brand standards across all outlets. Prior experience in hospitality F&B is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, prevent and solve complex problems, and deliver results in a fast paced setting.
• Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Novice level mastery of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, coaching and scheduling of assigned team members.
• Analyze and recommend adjustments to staffing, performance targets and resources to achieve results.
• Demonstrate Brandhearted leadership by putting the brand at the center of all business decisions.
• Promote and reinforce a brand culture to deliver the branded guest experience and standards.
• Lead daily operations for the golf course bar and quick-service restaurant with the team.
• Analyze menus, recipes, pricing, and sales trends to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage food and beverage inventories, ordering, receiving, storage, portion control, waste reduction, and food-cost targets.
• Coordinate catering responsibilities and event planning for memorable guest experiences.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Four year college degree preferred
