Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in F&B
• Serve Safe certification required
• Proven strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for F&B, creating culinary and guest experiences that elevate the brand and profitability
• Partner with GM to craft and execute financial and operational plans for sustainable growth
• Oversee events, ensure quality, creativity, and client satisfaction
• Develop and mentor a high-performing F&B team
• Drive safety, sanitation, and sustainability across all outlets and services
• Collaborate with vendors and community partners to enhance guest experiences
