Grand Pacific Hotel Services, L.P. in Carlsbad, CA is hiring for a Full Time position to direct and organize the Food & Beverage functions within hotel outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits.

The role requires directing planning, budgeting, staff coaching, and revenue-enhancement strategies while maintaining safety and sanitation standards and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in overall Food & Beverage operation, plus 2-3 years of management experience required.
• Must have up-to-date Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification.
• Ability to obtain/maintain government licenses, certificates or permits.

Responsabilités

• Direct and organize F&B functions within hotel outlets to maintain high quality and profitability.
• Plan and direct administration and planning of the Outlets to meet daily operations.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve guest service and associate satisfaction results.
• Develop budgets, marketing plans and objectives; manage within approved plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and civil rights laws and guidelines.
