Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Food and Beverage Director of Outlets to lead the hotel’s dining operations, including the restaurant, lobby bars, rooftop venues, and in-room dining. You will steer guest service excellence and curate compelling menus, while ensuring financial performance and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, hiring and coaching F&B leadership and staff, as well as maintaining safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance

Competenze

• 3+ years of F&B leadership experience in a hotel setting.
• Ability to lead guest service initiatives across multiple outlets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and scheduling skills.
• Experience developing menus and training staff.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic direction and daily management of all F&B operations (restaurant, bars, in-room dining).
• Drive guest service excellence and ensure outlets meet standards.
• Collaborate with hotel management on operational strategies and brand goals.
