Job summary

Cape Resorts Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager for Congress Hall Hotel in Cape May, NJ. You will lead the F&B outlet, ensure brand standards, supervise staff, and drive service excellence during daily operations.

You will partner with senior leadership to manage budgets, forecast, and implement initiatives to enhance guest experience while maintaining HACCP and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in F&B, culinary, or events.
• 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management, or related field; 4 years experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B outlet operations including outlet marketing, food and wine promotions, customer service and inventories.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to establish front of house protocols and execution.
• Develop strategic plans including budget administration, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control.
• Schedule staff and manage opening/closing duties and outlet cleanliness.
• Coach staff and improve guest service; ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
