Qualifications

• General degree holders or experienced candidates in related fields.
• Strong interest in operations and willingness to undergo structured training.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with confidence and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods.
• Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline).
• Set up and close the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklists.
• Learn and understand all outlet functions and operations.
• Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Support outlet operations and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Assist manager with daily tasks, implementation of policies, and team guidance.
• Attend to customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction.
