Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore is seeking a Service Team Leader for our F&B outlets to support the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional service. You will lead a team of service ambassadors, brief staff before each shift, and ensure timely delivery of orders with accurate billing.

The role requires strong knowledge of beverages, the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints, and a focus on safety and hygiene. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Singapore location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassadors to meet service standards.
• Brief Associates on job assignments via roll calls.
• Provide recommendations based on liquor knowledge.
• Take and record guest orders.
• Ensure proper table setup and order assembly for quality and hygiene.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly.
• Present and explain charges; process payments.
• Address and resolve guests' complaints.
• Perform end-of-day closing and reporting.
• Assist Outlet Manager in running operations.
• Uphold Workplace Safety and Health practices.
• Ensure hotel properties are protected and well-maintained; report damages.
