White Lodging is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Leader in Austin to oversee daily restaurant activities, staff development, inventory management, and payroll to ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role emphasizes ServSafe standards, staff mentorship, and adapting to demand fluctuations.

You will foster teamwork, drive service excellence, and support training initiatives while maintaining a safe, compliant dining environment in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant staff and operations.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates and management.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
