Job summary

Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead lineups, and train staff. You will assist with scheduling, manage labor and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and service standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification or progression toward it, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Experience supervising Food & Beverage or hospitality teams.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets.
• Lead daily lineups and keep the team informed and motivated.
• Train, coach, and support team members to succeed.
• Assist with employee scheduling and timekeeping.
• Help manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Support programs to improve guest experiences and grow revenue.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
