AVISTA RENTALS LLC in Myrtle Beach area is seeking a Food & Beverage Services Manager to ensure the highest food quality and guest service. You will manage restaurant staff, coordinate with front and back of house managers, and strive to provide an exceptional guest experience.

The role involves supervising staffing, monitoring product quality, and maintaining safety and compliance with alcohol serving standards. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• A detailed understanding of cash balances is required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dependable with good time management.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• TIPS and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Train, hire, and schedule team members.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends; evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
• Ensure that all staff are complying with alcohol serving standards.
• Manage labor cost and operating expenses.
