Job summary

Prince Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for PM shift (3 PM–9 PM) on a full-time basis. The role leads FOH operations, schedules staff, handles guest issues, and coordinates with BOH and the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure exceptional service.

You must be dependable with strong multitasking, communication skills, and knowledge of Micros POS. Bartender experience and ServSafe are a plus. Weekly pay and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Integrity and ethics are essential.
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of Micros POS is a plus.
• Dependability and good time management are required.
• Multitasking, problem-solving and sound decision-making are expected.
• Guest-oriented with excellent people skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Bartender experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain a shift schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day evening operations in the FOH.
• Fix issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between FOH and BOH.
• Lead hiring, training, supervising, and developing FOH team members.
• Commit to guest service quality and respond promptly to needs.
• Handle guest complaints promptly.
• Fill in for staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with Food & Beverage Manager for training and guidance.
• Assist in monthly FOH/BOH inventory.
• Position is foundational for grooming as Asst Food & Beverage Manager.
