Job summary

Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Services Manager to ensure top-quality food and service, lead restaurant staff, and coordinate with front and back of house management for an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling, training, maintaining product quality, monitoring inventory, and enforcing alcohol service standards while managing labor costs in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Understanding of cash balances.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dependable with strong time management.
• Availability for weekends and some holidays.
• TIPS and ServSafe certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Train, hire, and schedule team members.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends; evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
• Ensure that all staff are complying with alcohol serving standards.
• Manage labor cost and operating expenses
