Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B experience required.
• Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of assigned F&B outlets.
• Ensure exceptional guest service in all F&B areas and address guest concerns.
• Monitor and optimize performance and profitability of F&B functions.
• Train and motivate staff, setting goals based on Company Standards.
