Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in F&B management.
• Must have strong sales orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Experience with computerized point of sale systems.
• Must have F&B/à la carte and banquet experience.
• Strong business aptitude and service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the food and beverage department.
• Oversee quality of products served.
• Direct and assist with banquets, parties and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Assist GM in hiring, supervising, scheduling and developing staff.
• Oversee F&B accounting procedures.
• Maintain cost controls and conduct monthly inventory.
• Follow PO buying processes for F&B ordering.
• Train staff on quality assurance and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and laws.
