Job summary

Story Land is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations across one or more locations in New Hampshire. You will supervise hosts, ensure food safety, manage scheduling, and maintain high standards of guest service and quality controls.

The role requires 2–3 years in food service, 1+ year supervisory experience, and a Food Handler Safety Certification (within 90 days where required). Bilingual skills are a plus; NH labor laws apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of food service experience
• 1+ supervisory experience preferred
• Food Handler Safety Certification within 90 days of hire, where required by guidelines
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B team
• Lead by example and uphold Story Land core values
• Mentor and coach assigned hosts and backfill positions as needed
• Ensure meal breaks comply with NH law
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping
• Maintain food safety and quality controls
• Oversee inventory, portion control, and waste management
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance on needs
