Job summary

CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS LLC in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee an assigned area of operations across quick service restaurants, kiosks, bars, and concessions at COTALAND. You will lead staffing, ordering, and daily operations while driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and excellent customer service. On-site work with flexibility for events and non-traditional hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership food and beverage role.
• Experience in Hospitality Operations, Concessions Management, Supervisor at Fast Casual Dining Restaurants, or equivalent would translate well into this role.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area.
• Must be a team player, well organized, strong computer/Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of recipe development, food cost, and back of house practices.
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond any client needs.
• Ability to run a business as if you own it.
• Oversee front of house and back of house operations and logistics.
• Provide strong customer service and upscale experience to all guests.
• Organizing requisition lists based on business demands.
• Manage the cleanliness of the assigned area(s).
• This position may support events within the COTA schedule in other capacities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, ordering, receiving, daily operations and financial success of the assigned area of responsibility within COTALAND.
• Coordinate with culinary team to understand current food and beverage offerings.
• Ensure all food is prepared to venue standards and served properly.
• Train and schedule staff; manage payroll data entry and inventory tasks.
• Support inter-departmental communications between culinary and operations teams.
