Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support daily operations across our theme park venues in Austin, TX. You will bridge leadership, hourly team members, culinary operations, and park support to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality food and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurant, resort, entertainment, or theme park operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operating environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with Team Members, leadership, vendors, and cross‑functional departments.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service, safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and special events.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing and deployments based on attendance and events.
• Provide hands‑on operational support during peak periods and special events.
• Support park operations and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Food & Beverage Team Members.
• Monitor training progress and identify additional training needs.
• Reinforce food safety, SOPs, guest service, and workplace safety.
• Serve as a resource for Team Members and leadership with operational questions.
• Communicate updates, menu changes, promotions, and special events to staff.
• Recognize performance and guest‑service opportunities to leadership.
• Assist with daily staffing assignments and coverage needs.
• Monitor attendance against forecasted levels and events.
• Assist with schedule changes and timekeeping reviews.
• Support labor-management initiatives and productivity metrics.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Operate POS and Food & Beverage technology; keep records organized.
• Create or assist work orders for equipment and facilities.
