Job summary

The ideal candidate will coordinate training, scheduling, inventory, cash and POS procedures, and reporting while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or theme park ops.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with adjusting operational plans based on park attendance and events.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods and high-volume events.
• Support onboarding and training of Food & Beverage team members.
• Monitor training progress and identify additional needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and deployment decisions.
• Maintain records, reports, and use POS and inventory systems.
• Communicate operational updates to leadership and teams.
