Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership food and beverage role.
• Ability to live near or relocate to the Austin, TX area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house and back of house operations and logistics.
• Staffing, scheduling, training, and ongoing development of supervisees.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and cost controls for assigned area.
• Collaborate with culinary team to understand offerings and standards.
• Support events and adapt to non-traditional hours during peak periods.
