Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned F&B operations and staff, including quick service restaurants, kiosks and bars.
• Manage staffing, ordering, receiving, and daily operations.
• Ensure financial performance and adherence to venue standards.
• Coordinate with culinary team for menu offerings and cost controls.
• Lead training and development of front- and back-of-house teams.
• Handle payroll data entry, inventory, and month-end reconciliation.
