Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a restaurant supervisor to oversee both front and back of house operations in a dynamic property. You will create and monitor daily and monthly P&L, ensure service excellence, and contribute to menu concepts and restaurant design.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to train and motivate managers while coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior supervisory (or higher) experience in food and beverage operations.
• Thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to obtain required licenses.

Responsabilités

• Create, monitor, and forecast daily and monthly departmental profit and loss reports.
• Monitor service abilities to ensure guest service meets standards.
• Develop and maintain restaurant concepts and designs.
• Taste food samples.
• Direct and motivate front and back of house managers.
• Investigate complaints related to cooking or ingredients.
• Make product and equipment purchasing decisions benefiting the hotel.
• Interact with Warehouse Operations and Purchasing Director.
• Initiate productivity or efficiency improvement projects for FOH/BOH.
