Great Wolf Lodge in Florida is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across restaurant, bar, quick-service and banquets. You will ensure brand-compliant service, guest satisfaction, and profitability, while guiding a diverse Pack through staffing, training, and performance reviews.

The role emphasizes safety, cost management, and collaboration with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain quality and efficiency in a busy lodge environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience driving revenue, controlling costs, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of lodge restaurant, bar, quick service and banquets per brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely, thorough and profitable guest service interactions.
• Assist F&B leadership with strategic plans and action plans; implement standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach and counsel Pack Members; enforce policies.
• Monitor inventory, cost controls, and par levels; manage waste.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Purchasing teams on storeroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with local and national food handling standards and safety audits.
