Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking an Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee POS transactions, and ensure quality service for guests and pack members. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and staff development, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards across outlets.

The role requires 1+ year in food service leadership, strong customer service, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a food service leadership or supervisory role.
• 1+ year experience with POS technology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food outlet operations to meet lodge standards and daily tasks.
• Assist with restaurant operations including POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure outlets are sanitized, stocked, and set up correctly while following sanitation and safety policies.
• Provide coaching and recognition to pack members regularly.
• Schedule staff and manage labor forecasting; recruit and select talent for F&B staff.
• Monitor performance and give real-time feedback to improve guest service and team engagement.
