Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and a team of pack members. Responsibilities include POS handling, expediting, stocking, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met. The role emphasizes coaching staff, scheduling, and responding to guest concerns with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Experience using POS technology and general software (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards and tasks are completed.
• Assists with restaurant operations including POS, expediting, restocking and staff breaks.
• Provides coaching and feedback to team members; schedules staff and handles labor forecasting.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Participates in recruitment, performance management and guest service improvements.
