Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking an Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations, manage POS transactions, and support the lodge dining program. You will ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed, coach team members, and assist with staff scheduling and labor forecasting.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in food service leadership and strong English communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. On-site role at a family resort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of food service leadership experience.
• Experience with POS technology.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food outlet operations to ensure Lodge standards and daily tasks are completed.
• Assist with restaurant operations including POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies are followed.
• Provide coaching and recognition to pack members on a regular basis.
• Support scheduling, labor management and forecasting activities.
