Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Washington, DC, seeks a Food & Beverage Senior Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience across all dining outlets.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage the budget, ensure service standards and product knowledge, and coordinate the flow between kitchen and floor to maintain a consistent, high-quality guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, recruit, and develop service professionals.
• Handle guest complaints and report to the F&B Director.
• Monitor dining room setup to meet standards.
• Ensure staffing levels and equipment meet safety and service standards.
• Schedule, supervise, and manage supervisors and servers to meet business demands.
• Create a positive atmosphere in all outlets and engage guests.
• Monitor timekeeping and attendance and adjust as needed.
• Lead pre-meal meetings and ongoing training on service standards and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate high standards of products and systems while treating staff fairly.
• Meet and greet customers and oversee the open table guest profile system.
• Maintain clean, organized storage, service stations, and dining areas.
• Comply with resort policies and assist in reporting.
