Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, Washington, D.C. You will oversee front of house F&B outlets, lead service teams, monitor staffing, inventory, and training to maintain luxury standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of fine dining, wine, cocktails, and hotel operations, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining, wine & spirits, cocktails, and hotel operations.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house F&B operations within the hotel’s outlets and banquet service.
• Lead and develop service teams, ensure luxury standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and scheduling; coordinate with F&B leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events for activations and programing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards.
