Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Potomac Hotel in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Food & Beverage Senior Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach service teams, manage budgets, and ensure service standards across outlets, balancing guest satisfaction with operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume dining, a strong hospitality mindset, and a degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management in a high-volume dining environment.

• Experience managing budgets, labor cost controls, and dining room operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and manage service professionals; recruit and train staff as needed.
• Monitor dining room setup, cleanliness, and overall presentation to standards.
• Maintain staffing levels, supplies, equipment, and safety compliance across outlets.
• Schedule and supervise staff to meet business and budget needs on a weekly basis.
• Lead weekly meetings and ongoing training to improve performance and product knowledge.
