Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager for The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection. Oversee front-of-house F&B operations at DŌGON and provide support to other outlets and Banquets while delivering luxury service and guest satisfaction.

You will report to the Restaurant General Manager and collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, and other departments to drive service excellence and memorable guest experiences in a premier Washington, D.C. hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining, wine & spirits, cocktails, and hotel operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Union experience preferred.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, supplies, and equipment availability for safety and service.
• Lead F&B teams in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in all outlets and engage with guests and staff.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll considerations in line with leadership.
• Attend and lead pre-shift lineups and train staff on product knowledge.
• Ensure familiarity with all products and menu items and oversee inventory management.
