Job summary

Affinity Gaming, LLC. in Las Vegas is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to coordinate Front of House activities across all F&B outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.

The role supervises shift schedules, maintains SOPs, oversees service quality and health and safety standards, and partners with departments to drive promotions and performance while managing payroll, inventory, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a similarly sized Food & Beverage operation.
• Training, coaching, developing, scheduling and FOH/BOH experience preferred.
• Health, fire and safety regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise all shift employees to meet labor goals.
• Ensure SOPs for FOH and shift are followed to drive guest satisfaction.
• Maintain outlets' cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and guest engagement.
• Admin duties: payroll, deposits, inventories, and P&L accounting.
• Oversee inventory for all outlets including bars.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Utilize POS system effectively for transactions and reporting.
• Develop incentives and promotions to grow sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Director of F&B for smooth operations.
